attentive staff excellent location comfortable bed
the location was excellent. i found the beds very comfortable and the showers superb. breakfast offered a great choice of options, so i had a pleasant start to each day.
one receptionist was not very helpful. i needed some assistance with local directions, and the support was limited.

the hotel enjoys a peaceful setting, relatively quiet from disturbances. the strand levante is accessible within approximately twenty minutes. benidorm palace sits less than five minutes away, easily accessible for entertainment.

excellent adult-only experience
spacious balcony walk-in shower
the room offered a large tv with main english channels. the spacious balcony added to the experience. i appreciated the modern toilet with a huge walk in shower, just as i had requested. the bed linen felt really nice.
i found the air conditioning difficult to adjust. even with the thermostat turned down, the room remained too warm. this issue impacted my overall comfort. it required attention.

nice room comfortable bed friendly staff
the room was really nice. it have everything i needed and a comfortable bed. the drinks available as part of the all inclusive package were lovely. the bar staffs were super friendly too.
the variety of food was good, but some of the dishes were not warm enough.

the rooms were modern spacious and clean. facilities were close. i found parking easy. it worked well for my short trip.
the hotel air conditioning was off-season. this made the room very hot. the hotel did not provide an immediate solution.
